Product Enablement Manager

Job Summary

To drive strategic content and enablement initiatives, the full-time remote Product Enablement Manager will manage the learning management strategy, serve as a product expert, and lead process improvements to enhance training and documentation for both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the long-term strategy for RXNT Learn (LMS) and deliver organization-wide training and client-facing webinars
• Act as the primary resource for Clinical and Practice Management knowledge, translating complex product information for non-technical audiences
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution for successful feature launches, collaborating closely with Marketing on rollout campaigns

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of RXNT's SaaS solutions, including clinical workflows, medical billing, or scheduling
• Strong understanding of automation, LMS platforms, and emerging enablement technology
• Proven ability to set and execute strategy, with experience in creating training content and enablement frameworks
• 5+ years of experience in medical billing, scheduling, or clinical operations
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; medical billing and coding certification is a plus
