Product Engineer
Job Summary
Owning a product surface end to end, the full-time remote Product Engineer will tackle real market problems from discovery to delivery, shape product requirements through collaborative discussions, and manage workflow migration from existing systems.
Key responsibilities
- Own the entire lifecycle of a product surface, from discovery to implementation and measurement
- Shape product requirements through one-pagers and conversations rather than predefined specs
- Manage the migration of workflows from Salesforce or Athena to new product surfaces
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience shipping user-facing products
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/React or Python, with competency in the other
- Experience designing user interfaces, not just building them
- Familiarity with AWS, ideally in a HIPAA-compliant environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with AI and coding harnesses regularly
