Product Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the development of a platform for AI infrastructure, the full-time Product Engineer will manage the evolution of an internal tool into a comprehensive system for scoring and tracking open-source readiness across the DSX OS portfolio, while working both onsite in Santa Clara and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the platform as production infrastructure, ensuring reliability and data quality
- Automate scoring processes to replace manual review cycles, enabling scalable self-service integration
- Implement real-time feedback mechanisms for project teams to improve onboarding and workshop experiences
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience leading a software product or internal platform from inception to execution
- Strong software engineering skills with a focus on automation of manual processes
- Hands-on experience with coding tools integrated into engineering workflows
- Experience managing production systems, including incident response and uptime reliability
