Product Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a frontend-leaning Product Engineer, the full-time remote position will focus on shaping and building the Passport product, enhancing user experiences for accessing work applications while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and engineering teams to identify friction points in identity and device setups and prioritize improvements
• Build onboarding and access-management experiences to facilitate employee access and administrator control
• Own features from implementation to release, making technical tradeoffs to balance maintainability and progress

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of industry software development experience, particularly in user-facing products
• Strong frontend engineering skills, including accessible interfaces and efficient application state management
• Full-stack capability, with experience in designing APIs and implementing authorization behaviors
• Strong product sense and judgment to understand customer needs and prioritize effectively
• Clear communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity while collaborating across disciplines
