Job Summary
As a key leader on the engineering team, the full-time remote Product Engineer will focus on scaling the product to support over 100,000 customers, participating in design decisions, building and deploying features, and owning key product metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in designing the product by actively contributing to decision-making on features and functionality
- Build and deploy features end-to-end, significantly impacting company goals and product performance
- Own key product metrics, such as user engagement within the app, and support the team through code reviews and feedback sessions
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of engineering experience with proficiency in Typescript, Python, and Go
- Startup experience with a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple teams
- Excellent communication skills with native or near-native English proficiency
- Passion for learning and willingness to explore new domains or technologies
