Job Summary
Leading product direction and engineering execution, the fully remote Product & Engineering Manager will oversee SaaS product development, manage engineering teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases while maintaining a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Own product priorities, roadmap decisions, and feature planning
- Lead and manage engineering teams, translating product priorities into development plans and sprints
- Personally investigate and test product issues, ensuring high-quality releases and improved engineering processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field
- Must have started career as a software engineer/developer
- Proven record of excellent software development and technical problem-solving
- Progression from hands-on software engineering into engineering/team leadership
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, development, testing, and deployment
