Job Summary
To lead product direction and engineering execution for SaaS applications, the fully remote Product & Engineering Manager will manage engineering teams, prioritize product features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases while maintaining a hands-on technical approach.
Key responsibilities
- Own product priorities, roadmap decisions, and feature planning
- Lead and manage engineering teams, translating product priorities into development plans and releases
- Personally investigate and test product issues while configuring and managing Jira workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field
- Must have started career as a software engineer/developer
- Proven record of excellent software development and technical problem-solving
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, development, testing, and deployment
- Ability to lead, organize, and develop software engineering teams in a distributed environment
