Job Summary

Seeking a part-time freelance Product Experimentation Design Reviewer, this remote position will evaluate design treatments for incremental growth, providing feedback and insights to improve metrics based on a set of criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Review design treatments against established criteria using an internal review tool
• Score and label designs, providing concise critiques for contested evaluations
• Identify recurring mistakes and gaps in the design guidelines, participating in weekly calibration sessions

Required qualifications

• Experience working on a growth or experimentation-focused product team
• Hands-on experience running or analyzing A/B tests
• Strong data reasoning skills with the ability to articulate insights clearly
• Proficient in writing actionable critiques that are concise and informative
• Experience in creating or maintaining design guidelines or review rubrics
