Product Expert

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Product Expert, the successful candidate will engage with potential customers to understand their goals, provide product demonstrations, and facilitate their onboarding process with RevenueCat while collaborating with sales and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct discovery conversations to assess customer needs
• Deliver product demonstrations and connect relevant features of RevenueCat to customer situations
• Guide customers through the next steps for adoption and ensure smooth handoffs to other teams as needed

Required qualifications

• Strong, hands-on knowledge of RevenueCat and its functionalities
• Curiosity about the app business and how developers monetize their products
• Experience in customer-facing roles, such as support or teaching
• Technical understanding of SDKs, APIs, subscriptions, and paywalls
• Ability to work remotely and maintain proactive communication with customers and teammates
