Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a well-structured and functional product by translating business and customer requirements into clear specifications
- Define and document user flows, system logic, and acceptance criteria while collaborating with the Product Manager and Creative Director
- Develop user cases, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for screens and system flows to enhance product features
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with requirements gathering and process mapping
- Experience with user journey mapping and workflow analysis
- Structured and analytical approach to system logic, usability, and business impact
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
