Job Summary

Owning organic growth for high-priority AI products, the full-time remote Product Growth Marketing Manager will manage content creation, optimize acquisition funnels, and drive user engagement through strategic product messaging and distribution across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Zoom's productivity products and translate product capabilities into user-oriented messaging
• Oversee end-to-end content creation, including demos, tutorials, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Optimize landing pages and signup flows while executing SEO and AEO strategies to enhance organic discoverability and conversion rates

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing, particularly with digital products
• Proven ability to create and publish comprehensive content, including product videos and social content
• Strong understanding of audience engagement across multiple platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Experience in building content channels or distribution systems from scratch with measurable results
• Practical fluency in using AI tools for content creation and iteration
