Product Information Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading the global Product Information Management function, the remote Manager Product Information Management will drive strategy, governance, and quality of customer-facing product data while managing an international team and enhancing digital customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the creation and communication of the Product Information vision, goals, roadmap, and release plan
• Manage the team to ensure accurate product data is delivered to all channels, including web and distribution partner websites
• Perform audits and reports measuring data quality and completeness while identifying gaps in product data and processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Information Management, Digital Commerce, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Information Management, or related business functions
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global organization
• Proven success managing complex business processes and programs throughout their lifecycle
• Strong understanding of how product information supports customer experience and digital commerce
