Product Innovation Technologist
Job Summary
Leading front-end innovation activities, the full-time Product Innovation Technologist will focus on technology scoping, early feasibility assessments, and prototyping of breakthrough product concepts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams while working either remotely or onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and ingredients to inform product development strategies
- Translate consumer insights into early-stage prototypes and feasibility assessments across various delivery formats
- Build and maintain the innovation pipeline by managing multiple workstreams and ensuring technical alignment across teams
Required qualifications
- BS or MS in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Nutritional Science, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in product innovation, technology scoping, or early-stage product development
- Experience collaborating with marketing innovation teams is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with dietary supplements, functional foods, or consumer health products
