Product Lead

Job Summary

To drive product strategy and execution, the full-time Product Lead will collaborate closely with founders and technical leads to transform the infrastructure behind frontier AI into a user-friendly product for developers and researchers, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Set a focused product direction by translating customer needs and technical capabilities into actionable development choices
• Shape the overall customer experience across the platform by coordinating with teams on environments, evaluations, training, and deployment
• Engage directly with customers and researchers to identify friction points and turn insights into reliable product features

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building and scaling a technical product used in production
• Demonstrated leadership skills while maintaining hands-on involvement in product development
• Technical proficiency in prototyping, API integration, and system tradeoffs, particularly in developer tools or AI infrastructure
• Strong focus on user experience and a commitment to simplifying product interactions
• Experience in design engineering is a significant advantage, with a record of delivering polished product experiences
