Job Summary
Owning the CodePath EDU product end-to-end, the full-time remote Product Lead will engage with faculty and administrators to develop a prioritized roadmap aimed at increasing adoption, retention, and growth while integrating AI to enhance workflows and product effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the CodePath EDU product, ensuring it meets the needs of faculty and administrators
- Conduct weekly discussions with educators to gather insights and translate them into actionable product strategies
- Define and track key metrics to demonstrate product effectiveness and scale within educational institutions
Required qualifications
- Experience taking a product from zero to one and scaling it in diverse environments
- Proven track record of shipping AI features to production and regular coding experience
- Background in building software that busy professionals adopt for efficiency
- Ability to set priorities and roadmaps independently, often without direct management
- Strong persuasive skills to communicate product strategies to various stakeholders
