Product Lead, Acquisition
Job Summary
Leading a cross-functional squad, the full-time remote Product Lead, Acquisition and Activation will drive user acquisition and early activation for F lix's consumer lending products, optimizing the journey for new users and enhancing conversion rates.
Key responsibilities
- Define the growth strategy, OKRs, and roadmap for consumer lending acquisition and activation
- Design and scale growth loops to attract new users and maximize conversion from first to second loans
- Conduct user research and funnel analysis to prioritize opportunities and launch continuous experiments
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product or growth management, preferably in fintech focused on consumer lending
- Proven track record in building acquisition and activation loops and running structured A/B tests
- Hands-on experience in identifying user friction and leading agile teams to deliver product solutions
- Bilingual proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
- Strong ability to make sound decisions under uncertainty and anticipate downstream effects across systems
