Product Lead and Owner
Job Summary
Owning the path from discovery through release, the remote Contract Product Lead and Owner will translate business problems into prioritized product work, manage the backlog, and coordinate stakeholders throughout the delivery process.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business problems into clear product requirements and user stories while managing backlog prioritization and dependency management
- Create product roadmaps, release plans, and phased delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs
- Plan and lead user acceptance testing, manage defect triage, and secure business sign-off for product rollouts and migrations
Required qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in digital products and technical delivery
- Proven ability to write clear acceptance criteria and establish a practical definition of done
- Strong stakeholder-management experience across various business functions
- Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and wireframing or prototyping tools
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical and industry domains quickly
