Product Lead for MEP Solutions
Job Summary
Focusing on product strategy and customer engagement, the full-time remote Product Lead for MEP Solutions will oversee the Naviate MEP product portfolio, defining product vision, prioritizing the backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities while managing the product backlog and roadmap
- Engage with customers to understand their workflows and challenges, leading product discovery efforts to validate and prioritize opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clear priorities and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AEC, MEP, fabrication, BIM, VDC, or related software
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or fabrication workflows
- Experience with software products and product development teams
- Proven ability to translate customer challenges into product priorities and outcomes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
