Product Lead for Modernization
Job Summary
To lead modernization efforts for a federal client's legacy loan servicing platform, the full-time Product Lead for Modernization will provide strategic direction, oversee cross-functional teams, and drive executive alignment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the assessment and modernization of the legacy platform, guiding requirements, solutioning, and development workstreams
- Establish the strategic vision for modernized capabilities and facilitate executive decision-making through presentations and recommendations
- Direct cross-functional teams to produce high-quality deliverables while managing risks, dependencies, and scope changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 9 years, or a high school diploma with 11 years of experience
- Proven experience in leading legacy system modernization and producing roadmaps for executive decision-makers
- Experience in requirements elicitation and value stream analysis across multiple business capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to shift focus between high-priority tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
