Product Leader - Claims Technology
Job Summary
As the first product leader in a full-time remote capacity, the Head of Product - Claims Technology will own the product strategy and roadmap for an AI-powered claims and litigation intelligence platform, working closely with design partners and internal teams to enhance the customer experience and drive product development.
Key responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap, focusing on core capabilities such as intake intelligence and lifecycle orchestration
- Collaborate with design partner carriers to understand claims workflows and translate them into user-friendly products
- Lead customer experience initiatives, including onboarding and adoption, while representing the product in customer meetings and roadshows
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a product leadership role at a startup
- Direct experience in insurtech, P&C insurance, claims management, or risk technology
- Proven track record of shipping B2B SaaS products that incorporate AI/ML into enterprise workflows
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers on product discovery and onboarding
- Comfort with data analytics and collaboration with data science teams
