Product Leader for Identity Solutions

Job Summary

To build SentiLink's identity resolution suite, the full-time remote Product Leader for Identity Solutions will manage the product vision and execution for data-intensive systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in internal systems and datasets.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal technical initiatives focused on data-intensive systems
• Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance the quality, reliability, and usability of internal systems and datasets
• Translate complex internal needs into clear specifications while managing prioritization across competing demands

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products, particularly in data platforms
• Hands-on experience with large datasets in distributed or big-data environments (e.g., Spark, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Strong understanding of big data concepts, data pipelines, and data modeling
• Proven ability to manage large internal initiatives with multiple stakeholders and technical dependencies
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
