Product Lifecycle Lead Consultant
Job Summary
Driving operational excellence in a fully remote capacity, the Delivery Acceleration Product Lifecycle and Processes Lead Consultant will independently lead the installation of delivery processes across Insurance Product teams while continuously improving these processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and install consistent processes, ceremonies, and artifacts across Insurance Product teams
- Utilize Agile, Scrum, or other lifecycle management frameworks to establish product mindset processes
- Provide facilitation and coaching support across teams while driving the adoption of processes and engaging stakeholders in change management plans
Required qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in product lifecycle management or related fields
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or other lifecycle management frameworks
- Experience managing high complexity projects independently
- Strong understanding of change management principles
- Ability to apply systems thinking to understand impacts across processes and teams
