Product Lifecycle Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Product Lifecycle Manager who will manage product business cases, formulate strategies for scaling Broadband FTTx and DCOM products, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive customer and business outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain product business cases connecting pricing strategy, margin, and profitability objectives
• Formulate strategies for scaling profitable products and managing graceful retirements while engaging with customers and account teams
• Partner with R&D, design, procurement, and sales teams to synchronize product data and timelines based on market insights and customer needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; advanced technical degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management roles within telecom, datacom, or networking equipment sectors
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering results through influence
• Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in pricing, forecasting, and product lifecycle decisions
• Deep technical knowledge of FTTx PON technologies and IP networking and routing technologies
