Product Lifecycle Process Lead

Job Summary

Managing assigned areas within the Product Lifecycle, the full-time remote Cross-Functional Product Lifecycle Process Lead will oversee team performance, establish documentation standards, and facilitate communication across functions to enhance efficiency and reduce rework.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned Product Lifecycle areas, setting priorities and developing staff while ensuring accountability
• Act as the connection point across lifecycle functions, fostering relationships and removing communication barriers
• Build and maintain documentation standards, capturing institutional knowledge and establishing shared processes for team handoffs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud services, IT service management, or product/program operations
• Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership or cross-functional program role
• Demonstrated experience in building working relationships across teams and developing process documentation
• Hands-on experience with SaaS products and PaaS platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
