Product Line Manager

Job Summary

Driving the product strategy and commercial success of the NITRO Mobile product portfolio, the full-time Product Line Manager will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Mobile Core Service Assurance solutions while collaborating with engineering and data science teams to deliver cloud-native observability and AI-driven insights to global Tier-1 Communication Service Providers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for NITRO Mobile core service assurance modules, defining the multi-year portfolio roadmap
• Translate complex 3GPP standards into actionable software requirements and drive integration with modern orchestration and data layers
• Manage product line profitability, conduct market analysis, and support pre-sales activities for major global carriers

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience as a technical Product Manager, PLM, or Solution Architect in telecom OSS/BSS or service assurance
• Mastery of 4G EPC and 5G Standalone architectures, with a deep understanding of mobile core protocol stacks
• Working familiarity with cloud-native deployment patterns and distributed high-scale data architectures
• Proven capability to influence stakeholders across various functions, including software development and executive leadership
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical challenges into clear value propositions for executive-level decision-makers
