Product Line Manager, Coagulants

Job Summary

To drive sustainable value creation, the full-time Product Line Manager, Coagulants will manage the product portfolio's profitability and growth strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead pricing strategy and provide guidance on bids, contract renewals, and new business opportunities
• Analyze product costs and market trends to optimize pricing discipline and product line profitability
• Collaborate with various teams to align commercial growth initiatives with production capabilities and market dynamics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in product line management, commercial leadership, or related functions
• Experience in the water treatment industry or specialty chemicals preferred
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies and lead cross-functional initiatives
