Product Management Director

Job Summary

To support a growing digital product strategy, the full-time remote Product Management Director will manage product life cycles, oversee financial value realization, and collaborate with stakeholders to align product vision with business goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives
• Manage total cost of ownership and financial benefits for assigned digital products
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective product development and execution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Ten years of experience in product management or related fields
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
• Advanced certification in product ownership/management is preferred
