Product Management Director
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the offer portfolio for Rimini Street's enterprise security, interoperability, and monitoring services, the full-time remote Product Management Director will drive go-to-market strategies, oversee lifecycle management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle of offers from definition through launch, adoption, and performance measurement
- Drive go-to-market activities for Rimini ProtectTM, Rimini ConnectTM, and Rimini WatchTM, focusing on sales and customer adoption
- Serve as a central point of accountability for offer decisions across products and regions, leading complex initiatives through influence
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of expertise in enterprise security and vulnerability management within Oracle and SAP on-premise environments
- Experience with enterprise security tools and processes, including run-time security and vulnerability mitigation techniques
- 5+ years in Product Management or Services Management for global B2B organizations
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives without direct management responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define performance metrics and drive measurable improvement
