Product Management Director

Job Summary

Owning a suite of products within the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) technology stack, the full-time salaried Product Management Director will manage product strategy, align stakeholders, and drive measurable results in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the business strategy and performance of assigned products, setting an outcome-based roadmap aligned with IFM priorities
• Work directly with clients and account teams to validate needs, identify opportunities, and build business cases for service delivery improvements
• Lead operational readiness and adoption efforts, establishing rollout criteria and tracking product performance metrics

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in IFM, product management, or operational transformation
• Deep understanding of IFM operations and strong working knowledge of IFM technology, including CMMS and BMS
• Proven ability to solve complex operational problems and deliver measurable improvements
• Experience in building credible business cases and evaluating operational tradeoffs
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams
