Product Management Director

Job Summary

As the Director of Product Management for Agentic Platform Enablement Experience (APEX), this remote, full-time position will manage end-to-end product strategy, oversee a team of product managers, and ensure the successful launch of innovative platform capabilities in a rapidly evolving technical landscape.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and launch criteria for the APEX platform surfaces, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Define and implement launch-readiness criteria for non-deterministic systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Manage and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of technical expertise and data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in product management or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Engineering background with experience as a software engineer or equivalent technical product direction
• Proven track record of delivering developer-focused platform capabilities, such as APIs and SDKs
• Strong data-driven mindset, with experience in designing and running experiments to measure product impact
• B.A./B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience
