Product Management Director
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time salaried Assistant Director of Product Management will manage product onboarding and enablement for clients in the insurance sector, driving adoption and enhancing operational efficiency through collaboration across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver risk insights and improve product offerings based on user feedback
- Drive the creation of release communications, documentation, and training content for new product features
- Develop operational processes and tools to streamline client onboarding and enhance product usage
Required qualifications
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with SaaS-based technologies and proficiency in HTML, JSON, T-SQL, and Python
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and a demonstrated understanding of AI risk management
- Proven ability to create operational templates, processes, and automations for product team efficiencies
- Experience in collaborating with Client Success and Sales teams to ensure positive client experiences
