Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of the digital product portfolio for LillyDirect in LATAM, the full-time remote Product Management Director will define product roadmaps, foster collaboration, and ensure consumer-focused solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a product strategy and roadmap aligned with consumer satisfaction goals and business outcomes
- Foster a team-first culture and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable product solutions
- Act as a strategic partner to LATAM operations, translating market needs into actionable product strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of product management experience, particularly in high-growth e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environments
- Demonstrated experience with consumer product portfolios and collaboration with engineering teams
- Experience in launching or operating digital health or pharmacy products in LATAM markets
- Proven track record of driving measurable impact in e-commerce settings
