Product Management Head
Job Summary
Leading the product management efforts for DEUNA's core payments product organization, the full-time remote Product Management Head will define the long-term vision and strategy while managing a team of Product Managers to drive innovation and business success across multiple product pillars.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the multi-year product vision for the payments ecosystem, identifying new product opportunities
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, establishing strong standards and fostering a culture of innovation
- Drive the evolution of the payments orchestration platform, ensuring it supports critical payment workflows and enterprise-scale merchants
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, particularly in payments or fintech
- Proven experience leading multiple product teams and managing Product Managers
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including orchestration and financial operations
- Experience building and scaling API-driven platforms
- Advanced or native-level English proficiency
