Product Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of product managers, the full-time salaried Product Management Manager will translate business and sales strategies into product roadmaps for internal sales tools, ensuring alignment across platforms like Salesforce while enhancing sales productivity and internal workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and sales strategies into shared priorities and guide product managers in building business cases and roadmaps
• Establish consistent measures of success across product lines and review evidence with product managers to adjust priorities and investment recommendations
• Develop product managers through coaching and feedback, strengthening their ability to connect strategy to roadmap decisions and effectively utilize AI

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise product management experience with accountability for outcomes across multiple systems or business functions
• 1+ year of experience leading or mentoring product managers with a focus on improving product judgment and work quality
• Strong financial and analytical judgment to build business cases with measurable outcomes and evaluate costs and margins
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems and AI, including the ability to evaluate data flows and platform limitations
• Experience using customer research and experience design to enhance internal workflows and technology use
