Product Management Manager

Job Summary

To drive strategic innovation and own the product lifecycle, the full-time Manager of Product Management will lead a team of Product Managers, guiding execution and aligning cross-functional strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, supporting them in task prioritization and skill development
• Lead cross-team collaboration for product planning, development, and enhancements, balancing customer needs with market impact
• Utilize data-driven insights and customer feedback to inform product decisions and integrate AI into product management practices

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into product management processes effectively
• Strong customer-first mindset with a proven track record in understanding and addressing customer needs
• Experience in developing and mentoring high-performing Product Management teams
• Ability to navigate organizational change and drive consensus across diverse teams
