Product Management Manager

Job Summary

Driving strategic innovation on the Insight platform, the full-time salaried Manager of Product Management will lead a team of Product Managers, guiding execution and aligning cross-functional strategies to shape the future of cybersecurity products.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, supporting them in scoping work and prioritizing tasks
• Lead cross-team collaboration for product planning, development, launch, and ongoing enhancements, balancing customer needs with strategic market impact
• Encourage data-driven product decisions by leveraging metrics, user feedback, and customer partnerships

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years in product team leadership, preferably in Cyber Security or AI-driven environments
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into product management practices to enhance efficiency and customer value
• Proven track record of managing high-performing Product Management teams and mentoring PMs at all levels
• Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to incorporate customer insights into decision-making
• Exceptional communication skills to build trust and foster commitment among cross-functional teams and stakeholders
