Product Management Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of Product Managers, the full-time Manager, Product Management - Budgeting will define and execute product strategy, oversee roadmap planning, and ensure the delivery of budgeting services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap while identifying market opportunities
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, establishing best practices and fostering a culture of innovation
- Partner with Engineering and Design teams to manage product development and prioritize high-value outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 7+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience with K12 budgeting
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and Scrum practices
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
