Job Summary
Responsible for developing a strategic roadmap and managing product deliverables, the full-time remote Product Manager (Admin) will collaborate with engineering teams to address customer needs, leverage AI tools, and ensure successful product outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Owns the 12-month product roadmap and prioritizes feature-level backlog to align with business goals
- Leads AI-informed product discovery and oversees experimentation to validate assumptions and inform roadmap decisions
- Documents requirements and collaborates with engineering teams to ensure successful product development and delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including ownership of a product roadmap and Agile processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and influence strategic planning using data
- Experience overseeing phases of the product development lifecycle and working in Agile methodologies
- Prior Risk Management and/or P&C Insurance experience strongly preferred
