Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing product line, the contracted remote Product Manager will drive the direction and feature set for LANSA, collaborating with customers and internal teams to define product features and manage the development process.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive product direction, feature set, and release cadence
• Document product features and requirements into detailed specifications
• Manage projects end-to-end from inception to launch, coordinating with various teams

Required qualifications:

• Previous product management or equivalent experience
• Ability to influence without authority and establish rapport with stakeholders
• Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones
• Ability to communicate professionally with executive leadership
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
