Product Manager
Job Summary
Passionate about improving behavioral health, the full-time Product Manager will work across the platform to execute the roadmap, leading discovery, guiding development, and shaping launches that deliver value for providers and patients.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to refine the strategic direction and translate it into actionable tasks for engineering teams
- Engage with customers and experts to validate the product strategy and work with Product Marketing on roadmap positioning
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and release planning sessions, managing trade-offs to ensure successful delivery
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology
- Proven experience in owning a product backlog and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong discovery skills and deep empathy for users
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
