Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the successful development and delivery of specific product domains, the full-time remote Product Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives within CharacterStrong's digital platform, collaborating closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Project Management to ensure products deliver measurable value for educators and students.
Key responsibilities
- Own the success of assigned product domains and translate roadmap priorities into clear product initiatives
- Conduct continuous discovery with educators and stakeholders to translate insights into actionable product requirements
- Monitor delivery progress and leverage AI tools to support product development workflows and improve product performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, product management, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a technology or EdTech environment
- Experience with platform development, including SIS and LMS integrations and API-driven platforms
- Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, UX, and business teams while managing multiple product initiatives
- Demonstrated use of AI tools across key stages of the product development lifecycle
