Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of digital products for Department of Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time remote Product Manager will define product vision, manage backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on customer needs and business value
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and monitor product performance for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager supporting software development initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices
• Experience managing product backlogs and translating business needs into actionable work
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human-Centered Design, or related field
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance
