Product Manager
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Product Manager will lead the development and delivery of digital product solutions for commercial and small business clients, overseeing the entire product lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with the bank's objectives and customer needs
- Own end-to-end delivery and performance for assigned Commercial Digital products, supporting other products through shared roadmap planning
- Conduct market research and customer discovery to inform product direction and prioritize the product backlog
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in product management or related roles, preferably in financial services
- Strong understanding of digital product development processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis techniques
