Job Summary
Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Product Manager will lead the development and delivery of digital product solutions for small business and commercial banking, overseeing the full product lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with the bank's objectives and customer needs
- Own end-to-end delivery and performance for assigned Commercial Digital products, supporting shared roadmap planning and cross-team execution

Required Qualifications

- Experience in product management or related roles within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
