Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Product Manager, this role will manage product strategy, prioritize customer commitments, and collaborate with engineering and sales teams to shape and deliver innovative solutions for developer-facing and security products.

Key responsibilities

• Own prioritization across customer commitments, support escalations, and new opportunities while communicating trade-offs
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, validate feature requests, and test proposed solutions
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to translate priorities into detailed requirements and project plans

Required qualifications

• Several years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with developer-facing or security products
• Proven ability to make prioritization decisions under capacity constraints and define product boundaries
• Technical proficiency to engage with engineers and understand product strategy and technical trade-offs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to surface risks and maintain alignment during changes
• Clear and concise written communication skills, essential for asynchronous collaboration
