Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a commercially minded Product Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on product strategy, AI-enabled customer value, and pricing for CRM and BI solutions while collaborating with senior leadership and distributed teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the vision, positioning, roadmap, and core workflows for CRM and BI products
- Identify and apply AI capabilities to enhance product experiences and workflows
- Develop customer and market insights to drive focused product opportunities and execution
Required qualifications
- At least three years of product management or product ownership experience in B2B software
- Strong familiarity with CRM, BI, ERP, or comparable systems
- Experience in SaaS product pricing, packaging, or monetization strategies
- Demonstrated ownership of product direction and prioritization
- Experience working effectively with offshore engineering and product teams
