Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage multiple products within the Tezos ecosystem, collaborating closely with Engineering and Design while leveraging customer insights and data to validate opportunities and guide product development.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage product strategies, priorities, and roadmaps based on customer value and business impact
- Rapidly incubate and validate new ideas, moving from hypothesis to MVP and scaled development
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to build, test, and iterate on products
Required qualifications
- Previous experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth tech company, preferably in blockchain
- Experience in formulating and driving a product-focused vision, engaging with leadership and stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI coding/agent tools for prototyping and testing product ideas
- Technical fluency to understand code and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Strong understanding of design best practices and agile development methodologies
