Job Summary
Owning the product vision and strategy, the full-time remote Product Manager II will lead discovery processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the development of innovative features to enhance the caregiving experience for members.
Key responsibilities
- Championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while prioritizing development efforts
- Leading user interviews and data analysis to uncover insights and validate product hypotheses
- Collaborating with engineers and designers to clarify requirements and guide feature development
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience with customer-facing tech platforms, focusing on product development
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyze data to inform product strategy
- Experience in the caregiving or healthcare industry is a plus
- A Computer Science degree or engineering background is preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from ideation to launch in an agile environment
