Product Manager
Job Summary
Managing an assigned line of business, the full-time Product Manager will evaluate product changes, conduct competitor analysis, and collaborate with various business units to ensure profitability and growth in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and report on profitability for assigned lines of business
- Develop and introduce new or enhanced insurance products based on market research
- Provide support and training to underwriters and maintain internal reference manuals
Required qualifications
- 3 years of commercial multi-line underwriting or staff underwriting experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field
- CPCU and/or CIC designations or equivalent experience
- Experience with commercial general liability and umbrella insurance preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
