Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the vision and execution for a high-impact product area, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will drive product strategy, partner with leadership, and leverage AI to enhance outcomes for educators and families.
Key responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution for product areas, focusing on both existing and new product developments
- Define success metrics, track performance, and communicate progress to leadership while managing cross-functional teams
- Drive AI integration into products to improve outcomes and shape pricing and go-to-market strategies for new capabilities
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in building products that customers love, with strong product judgment and prioritization skills
- Experience taking products from 0 to 1, demonstrating real customer pull and measurable outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align executive teams and inspire cross-functional partners
- Applied experience with AI in product development and shipping AI-powered features
- SaaS background, particularly in products with complex operational workflows (preferred)
